With the Union of National Defence, MediaStyle was presented with a unique problem: the union needed to save 91 positions at the Communications Security Establishment (CSE). The CSE was building a new facility in a public/private partnership and national-security related positions were being outsourced as a result. Our communications plan phased in government relations, media relations, targeted Google/Facebook ads, and a social-media integrated website featuring video testimonials from CSE retirees. The campaign culminated in three weeks of national radio ads, print ads in parliamentary publications and increased pressure on the federal government to save the 91 positions.
