Holding them to their promises of aid, maybe, but this is perhaps the first time in Haiti where a disaster&#039;s got no one to blame (unless maybe you believe in a higher power).</description>

You should know that local Ottawa boy, Carleton journalism grad and all around good guy Brett Popplewell is on route to Haiti to replace Joanna.  He is a fine writer and (despite his protestations) will report on Twitter.   http://www.thestar.blogs.com/interns/
